Thomas Flynn; Chief
Executive Officer
Executive Management
Tom is a graduate of University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Marketing and Sales with over thirty years of professional
marketing, advertising, sales and operations management experience.
In 1980, he started his career as a Marketing Manager for Pepsi
Cola USA based in Dallas, Texas. In 1985 Tom was recruited by The
Price Company (Price Club) as Director of Marketing, handling all
new retail location openings for ten years. He transitioned into
the large format graphics industry as a Western Regional Sales Manager
for Graphic Design Technologies, Inc. a Sonoco Products Company
responsible for thirteen western states calling on small and medium
size companies as well as large public corporations. In 1999, Tom
started Y3K Grafix, Inc. and has become an industry leader in large
format digital printing. Y3K manages all types and sizes of corporate
customers and is a Department of Defense contractor working with
all branches of the military services. Tom is a Corporate Team Member
of America Supports You, sits on three nonprofit organization boards
and is a resident of Temecula, California.
Dave Francisco; Chief
Marketing Officer
Military Liaison / Marketing
Dave enlisted in the United States Marine Corps after graduating
from high school. He served 23 years and retired as a Sergeant
Major. He served in billets as a member of the Presidential
Honor Guard and the Ceremonial Drill Team, Marine Barracks 8th
& I. He completed 3 tours on the drill field serving as
Drill Instructor, Senior Drill Instructor, Chief Drill Instructor,
Battalion Drill Master, Company 1st Sgt, and 1st Sgt of Drill
Instructor School, MCRD San Diego. He also served as a Weapons
and Tactics Instructor at the School of Infantry, Platoon Sergeant
and Company Gunnery Sergeant in the First Marine Division and
Non Commissioned Officer in Charge of the 1st Marine Division
Schools. His final Marine assignment was a Sergeant Major Marine
Corps Recruiting Station San Diego. He is a veteran of the liberation
of Grenada and the Lebanon Crisis as well as relief operations
in Rwanda and evacuation operations in Mogadishu, Somalia.
After retirement in January 2003, he assumed the duties as
Military Relations Manager for Pioneer Services, as well as
Military Liaison for Saturn 6 of San Diego. In December 2005
he assumed the duties as the General Manager of Saturn of West
78 in Oceanside. He is currently a life member of the Veterans
of Foreign Wars, the 1st and 2nd Marine Division Associations,
the Marine Corps Association, and serves as the Vice President
of the West Coast Drill Instructors Association. Dave is a resident
of Oceanside, California.
Chip Dykes; Chief Strategy Officer
New Business Development / Public Relations
Chip enlisted in the United States Marine Corps after graduating
from high school. He served 20 years and retired as a Chief Warrant
Officer 3. He served in billets as an administrative chief, Drill
Instructor, Water Survival Instructor, Battery Gunnery Sergeant
and Personnel Officer. He is a veteran of Operations Desert Shield
and Desert Storm. He is a life member of the 1st Marine Division
Association and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
After retirement in 2002, Chip went to work in the mortgage banking
industry, settling in Oceanside Ca. In 2006 he assumed the duties
as Military Relations Manager for Pioneer Services, a Division
of MidCountry Bank. In October 2007 he assumed the duties as Branch
Manager for the Oceanside office of Pioneer Services. He is currently
on the Board of Directors of the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce,
co-chair of the Military Affairs Committee for the Oceanside Chamber
of Commerce; President, TriCity Council of the Navy League of
the United States and the District 5 Representative to the Veterans
Advisory Council of San Diego County.
Steve Aquilino; Chief Operating
Officer
Operations Management and Administration
Steve graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelors
Degree in Business Administration and is a third generation owner
and operator of Family Entertainment Centers in Illinois and California.
He is President of JS3 Properties, LLC., a property management
and acquisition company responsible for overseeing multimillion
dollar businesses in both Illinois and California. He was also
Vice President of operations and development for Adventure Pointe,
Inc., a family entertainment project that included a theme park,
a water park, and a shopping and dining center. Formally licensed
in all areas of financial products and services, he has developed
and designed programs for accounting spreadsheets, risk management
and investment strategies to improve client financial portfolios.
He is a former executive with Principle Financial Group, Fun Fair
Enterprises, and a former Corporate Sales Manager with Sheraton
Hotel -- Riverside, and former Vice President of the American
Marketing Association. He has been a member of Underwriters Association
of California, Temecula Chamber of Commerce, Toastmaster International
and Rotary International. Steve is currently on the executive
board for the non-profit, Ronald Reagan Sports Park. He is also
the treasurer and president of the “Can-Do Club” of
that organization and a resident of Murrieta, California.
